Shipping & Handling

Orders are shipped from Victoria, Australia - and are always posted within 24hrs (business days) of the order been placed.

Shipping rates within Australia are as follows;

• $4 'Letter' shipping. Some small, flat items will give you the option of posting as a letter. Please note, this option cannot be tracked, and can take up to 10 business days (or more) to arrive depending on where you live. Do not select this option if you need the item/s in a hurry!
• $10 Standard shipping through Australia post. 
• $15 Express Post shipping through Australia post.
• Orders over $100 will have the option of FREE standard shipping!
• Local Pick Up from Frankston South Post Office, Victoria. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up with the address & details. Please check your junk email if you haven't heard anything within 24hrs of order been placed. Orders can take a little longer to process over peak periods such as Christmas & Easter.

Please ensure you leave enough time for shipping - or select 'express' if you are unsure or need urgently. Hello Kit Co. cannot accept any responsibility for shipping lead times, and will not refund items that arrive later than required. While we will do everything to help, we cannot accept any responsibility for goods once they have been collected by Australia Post, including any loss or damage in transit. These issues must be taken up with Australia Post directly.
